I have always been involved in health and exercise. I trained as a nurse, qualified, and worked in hospitals for 7 years. I then went to work for Health Promotions, promoting health to schools and workplaces. I am a Level 2 Fitness instructor and been teaching Fitness classes and Line Dancing for 32 years. I am a qualified Latin American dance instructor with UKA and also qualified to teach Zumba and Powerhoop. I teach Latin American Dance e.g. Jive, Cha Cha, Rumba, Social Ballroom e.g. Waltz, Foxtrot, Beginner Salsa, Scottish traditional dances, Traditional Wedding Dances, Night Club 2 step.

I specialize in Bride & Grooms First Dance by choreographing to their choice of music and also choreograph Group wedding parties and Anniversary waltzes, to help make those special occasions even more memorable. I also have arranged a Flash mob for the bridesmaids and best-men.

I choreograph for dance shows and hen parties and instruct at Corporate Events in the workplace or schools, these have been very successful in the past.

I have several Line Dance classes throughout the week and run Latin American and Social ballroom classes. I teach abroad for a couple of months in the year and organize dance holidays throughout the year. I also organize Line Dance Weekends Breaks throughout the year at various hotels. These dance weekends are very successful and usually get booked up very quickly. Details of any trips will be posted on the website.

I promote various bands for dance nights or country nights and I have also had a very big event using 60's bands and tributes bands which are very busy evenings. If you are looking for someone to organize your party please give me a call. I will arrange the music and dance workshop if required. I can organize your barn dances with style, making sure you have the correct music for the occasion.
